Elena asks for special consideration for downblousing

After a further thirty seconds of eating leaning over the table, with Steve getting a good view down her top, Elena put her bagel down and turned to Annie.

"Annie", Elena said, "Though I'm wearing a bra, that doesn't mean I have to show it off, does it?"

Annie considered. "No," she decided. "This is more about the teasing way in which you're only wearing panties on your bottom, and were hiding them without quite keeping them from being visible. It's about being more honest about what you're wearing. There's nothing wrong with how you're wearing a bra, though it's nice of you to show it off to Steve anyway."

Elena smiled sheepishly. "Um, yes, about that. I'm afraid that I hadn't properly considered that Steve would be able to look down my shirt. I'm not keen on it, but I... understand that it's unfair to ask him not to look if I'm leaning right in front of him like this. I'll continue, but I wondered if allowing him to look at my chest might serve as a form of penance for my earlier insubordination."

Annie frowned slightly. "I'm glad that you're being more considerate of Steve's right to react naturally to what you're doing, but I'm not happy that you're not accepting responsibility for your choices. You might have guessed that leaning forward like that would give Steve a view down your top. You shouldn't ask to do penance using the consequences of another thing you did without foresight."

Elena blanched. "Sorry, Annie."

Annie sighed. "I think that there must be a reason that you keep putting yourself in this position, Elena, of exposing yourself to Steve. So your duty for today --- not your penance: I am not going to punish you for this morning --- your duty will be to find every opportunity to expose yourself to Steve. *Every* opportunity. Be sure to show him your underwear at least, but don't stop there. You're also to watch how he reacts, and accept it as his natural reaction, so long as he doesn't touch or speak to you in an unwanted way. I want you to explore this apparent impulse of yours to show off your body to him."

Elena went from white to deep red. "Yes Annie," she said. Her eyes opened with realisation. "Um, and thank you. I think that this might actually make today easier."

Annie smiled. "You're welcome, Elena." And she looked slyly at Steve. "You too, Steve. I hope that this helps at least the two of you get on better today."

Steve could hardly believe what was going on. He looked Elena deep in her eyes, seeing her reaction. She was also looking to Steve, searching his expression for his reaction. Elena was clearly a little shocked by Annie's instruction, but seemed to simply accept this as the new order of things. She also seemed to look for some reassurance from him.

The edge of Elena's shock seemed to ebb away as she accepted her new duty more. She also seemed to assure herself that Steve wasn't going to immediately start harassing her.

"Sorry Steve," Elena said, picking up her bagel. "It wasn't fair of me to treat it as a punishment, to let you look at my body when I was basically showing it off to you. I suppose it's not my place to tell you, but go ahead and look down my top if you like."

Steve smiled at Elena, and dutifully looked down her shirt, to the valley of her bra-encased tits. "Thanks Elena, I appreciate it."

Elena was still blushing deeply, but now had a shy smile. "Thanks to Annie, it's my pleasure." She ate her bagel with an affected nonchalance. "And I expect that you'll have some more opportunities to appreciate my body later. Actually, I'm sure of it."
