You're attention is caught by certain world, where a place called Miracle City resides. This city is a true spicy cesspool of crime and villainy. So in other word's it's your kinda of place. Plus you see this city has a few girls that just might be what your looking for in this city in.

1. Teenage Frida Suárez - Who has most certainly grown up and matured from her younger years, and it shows. Yes this girl has a love of chaos and villainy that you can certainly put to use under your command. She also has a desire for real superpowers, and you can since a jealousy hidden insider her directed to her friend Manny Rivera.
   Also it seems her dear friend Manny has chosen to follow in his father White Pantera's footsteps, and become a hero. Which means Frida has less chances to have her brand of criminal fun anymore without El Tigre's help.

2. Teenage Zoe Aves aka Black Cuervo - Ah you can sense the sting of heartbreak and betrayal from her. As it seems recently Manny Rivera played and used her feelings against her to gain information about the Flock of Fury. This gives you a chance to recruit. As you can not only offer her not only **** against Manny, and show him why a scorned woman is to be feared. But also why not offer her somebody to take Manny's positions as the holder of her heart in yourself.

3. Carmelita Aves aka Voltura - Like daughter like mother Carmelita aka Voltura could indeed be a skilled experienced recruit you need. Plus through her you might be able to gain Zoe as well. Where you can promise to help her fulfill her family's Vendetta against the Rivera family in exchange for her service. Not only that but her heartbreak, loneliness, and daughter Zoe Aves are other things to use to gain her loyalty.

Where you can not only heal her heart and give her the love she hasn't felt since White Pantera broke it. But the fact that her daughter grow up without a father figure might bother Carmelita, and you could present yourself as the father figure to help her daughter avoid the same heartbreak she went through. Perhaps if you don't plan to make a move on Zoe as well, you could promise to use your resources to look for a good romantic prospect for Zoe among the worlds, to get her mind off of El Tiger. Though of course who say's said match has to be a boy.

1. Maria Rivera sometimes know as Plata Peligros. Now this is one milf you wouldn't mind having. But on a more serious note she could be a good choice. As she's not only very intelligent, but as Plata Peligros quite powerful. Though in the latter case the power of the Glove can make her go out of control. But perhaps you could use the Glove of Power as a mean's to control her somehow.
