Eilwy attacks

An opportunity like this would never come again Eilwy thought. Jomath is too smart to fall for the same trick twice, she needs to give it her all right now or never come this close again. Determined and resolute Eilwy made up her mind.

"Eilwy, let us go our separate paths once more and leave this place. What say you ?" Jomath questioned again.

Eilwy's response was to shoot bolts of dark magic at the Sage. Trio of cursed fire balls, flung at the White Mage. Jomath raised her hands and summoned forth a wall of light. The bolts crashed into the wall and exploded, creating a whiplash.

Both combatants created shields and withstood the wave. Spidery words of dark magic met the angelic choir of white magic and countered at each turn. Fireballs melting ice shards, lightning blocked by raised blocks of earth. The two were an impasse though not for long.

With each spell Eilwy casted, her reserves depleted at an alarming rate and her limbs shook furiously. A tell tale sign of mana depletion and exhaustion. While Jomath drew from a seemingly infinite font of power, her spells as strong as ever. But the rapid gasps she took and occasional miscasts proved that illusion false.

****, the increasingly weakening Eilwy summoned all the remnants of her power and conjured a spell of lust at Jomath, who in turn tried to cast a deflection spell.
