Egg Route

John had always felt....not quite like other guys growing up. Not just of being preoccupied with studies rather than going to see or participate in sporting events or even not being quite as strong as others. He just always felt a disconnect. He had always steered towards more female acquaintances, he felt more comfortable around them.

The second John discovered this universe where he was Jenna, he....no she began sobbing upon seeing herself in a mirror. She felt everything fall into place in a way, everything began to make sense. Had she been transgender this whole time and had no clue?

For a second, Jenna considered staying in this universe. Not for any sexual pleasure, although she still felt a strong attention to women. No, she thought about staying here and living a normal life. A life as she had possible always wanted deep down.

However, a second thought in the back of her head persisted. 'Is this truly my body? In every other universe, I'm unchanged. Is this simply a version of me from this universe my consciousness is overtaking?'

The ethics of this question him back to his home universe. And when he did, he felt a nagging emptiness.
