What were those habits?
Eating and Drinking
Three meals a day soon became six. Microwave burgers, chicken pot pies, whole bags of chips with a beer or glass of Jack on the rocks. It wasn’t hard to gain weight following the divorce. The stress weight had begun to pack right onto my ass, belly, hips, thighs, arms, chin, everywhere.
The doctor said my cholesterol was insanely high and my blood pressure was through the roof, but I couldn’t stop myself. I’d go home and cry into a bucket of ice cream or grab a Slurpee on my way to work.
I was no longer that fit girl in my youth. I had to scrub between my rolls in the shower.
You’ve unlocked the Phattie trait. You’ll have a harder time resisting when food or drink is put in front of you. And you may find yourself lacking in athletics.
