Containment Procedures: It is the official position of the Foundation that ENF-150 does not exist. This entry is simply included for the sake of completion, as a hypothetical object that could exist but does not. All staff are advised to proceed on the basis of ENF-150's nonexistence.

Description: ENF-150 is an asylum for wayward women, the inhabitants of which share a common delusion that they are staff members at a Foundation which examines, neutralizes and endeavours to forget about mysterious and occult objects. Curiously, this objects are always erotic in nature, and invariably possess strange capacities which enable them to undress, tease and variously humiliate the women in question.

The head of the asylum, Dr. Hans Blithe, figures in this fantasy as almost the only male present on the Foundation's staff, although other masculine presences are implied to exist in the background, wherever it would be most embarrassing for them to do so. He repeatedly plays a dominant role in the fantasy scenarios that torment ENF-150's inmates, easily outwitting them at every opportunity and subjecting them to all manner of cruel, unavoidable pranks.

From time to time, an inmate of ENF-150 wakes from her delusion to find herself physically present in the asylum, likely contained in her cell and tightly straitjacketed or otherwise bound. This is the only opportunity the asylum staff (all hot blonde nurses except for Dr. Blithe) have to convince her that the asylum is real and the Foundation is a delusion, which they do through all kinds of intimate, hands-on therapy, aimed at shocking the inmate into acknowledging reality.

Therapeutic methods are developed by Dr. Blithe, in conjunction with the nurses. They can include spanking, immersion in ice-cold water, electrostimulation, the application of feathers to sensitive areas such as feet and armpits, compulsory sapphism with nurses and other inmates, ginger insertion, complex bondage, nipple perturbation, orgasm denial, whipping, and spanking. The subject is often brought to Dr. Blithe's custom-designed analytical theater, where she is stripped bare before an audience of thousands of shadowy, mocking spectators, made to answer a number of highly personal questions, and spanked.

Should the therapy be successful, the inmate will accept that the Foundation is a delusion and only the asylum is real. At this point, one assumes, she can safely be returned to the outside world.
