Containment Procedures: ENF-147's current host is Intern (Second Class) Felicity Brown, currently employed in the Foundation's Trickery Department, where she is responsible for overseeing the development of new countermeasures against Threat Categories Beta through Delta, as well as the care and feeding of all sapient entities in Minor Containment Facility Three. Dr. Brown's behaviour is to be monitored carefully, and all necessary steps are to be taken to prevent her getting away with a practical joke of any kind. Staff are assured that no action taken against Dr. Brown will result in official discipline.

Description: ENF-147 appears as a small red target-shaped symbol which manifests on the right buttock of its host. The only way to get rid of it is to successfully execute a practical joke against another suitable host, at which point the target will disappear from the joker's posterior and transfer itself to its new victim.

ENF-147's hosts deserve to be bullied. This is a statement of fact, not opinion. Any intelligent observer of an ENF-147 host will instinctively understand that it is the destiny of that individual to be ruthlessly mocked, pranked, teased, humiliated, tormented and generally made fun of, and will feel an irresistible impulse to play their part in this process.

Sample Incident Log:

Day 1: Dr. Blithe pulls down Dr. Brown's pants while standing behind her in line at the cafeteria, exposing her lucky blue and white striped panties to the room.

Day 3: Dr. Sharpe steal Dr. Brown's clothing from the women's locker room while she showers, then assembles the whole third floor staff with cameras to watch her sheepishly emerge.

Day 4: Dr. Brown is cornered on her way to work by occupants of public transport, depantsed and expelled from her bus at a stop in the middle of downtown [REDACTED].

Day 6: Security Officer Song and her Artemis containment team catch Dr. Brown in the cafeteria, give her a wedgie and shove her face into a large birthday cake thoughtfully provided for the occasion by catering staff.

Day 7: Dr. Cifuentes laces Dr. Brown's lucky blue and white striped panties with extra-strength itching powder on the day of her annual performance review.

Day 9: Dr. Brown attempts to steal Officer Song's clothing from the women's locker room, is caught, stripped, hogtied, obliged to kiss the bottom of every member of the Artemis containment team and suspended from the cafeteria ceiling.

Day 11: Dr. Blithe asks Dr. Brown to assist in an experiment, persuades her to don a ballerina costume and locks her in a containment cell overnight with several specimens of ENF-006, ENF-019 and ENF-121.

Day 12: In attendance at a friend's birthday party, Dr. Brown is undressed by excited guests in the middle of a public bar and **** to perform karaoke in her bra and panties to get her clothes back.

Day 14: Dr. Brown attempts to pull Dr. Blithe's pants down while standing behind him in line at the cafeteria, is caught, bent over his knee, thoroughly spanked in front of the whole room, and deposited upside-down in a vat of jelly with her pants down.

Day 15: Dr. Brown concocts elaborate plan to release a swarm of ENF-019 on a Foundation board meeting chaired by Dr. Sharpe, is foiled just in time by swift action from Dr. Blithe.

Day 16: Dr. Brown is transferred to ENF-142 observation post, where her arrival is rapidly detected by ENF-142-01.
