Staff requiring access to ENF-113, for experimental or field purposes, are required to lodge a request with the CMO and wait three to five days for processing. Five to seven days for Dr. Blithe.

Description: ENF-113 is a brand of small pink pills, about the size of a jelly bean, tasting a little like custard and easy to consume with water. They have been discovered all around the world, from supermarket aisles in Hong Kong to convenience stores in Philadelphia, always available for sale under the label "Prank Pills".

Upon consumption of ENF-113, the user is immediately presented with a brilliant idea for a practical joke, aimed at a target of their choosing. These range from elegantly simple to fiendishly complex, and are always 100% guaranteed to work, resulting in the intense discomfiture of the victim and the **** amusement of everyone else.

Subject attempts to take advantage of invisibility by sneaking into men's shower room and stealing the clothes of Dr. Blithe, who is fully dressed and waiting with a camera.

Result: Subject presented with invitation to deliver keynote speech at prestigious conference, upon which key information has been falsified. Tester suggests to subject that a good way to deal with pre-keynote stress is to arrive at conference location the day before, take a back entrance, leave your clothes in the dressing room and stand naked on stage. Subject follows instructions. Curtains open. Entire scientific community present in auditorium.
