Containment Procedures: ENF-094 has shown himself willing to fully co-operate with most elements of Foundation protocol. This is fortunate, since no adequate means has yet been found of confining him. He is to be provided with a small financial stipend and full access to Research Facility 1-A, on condition that he continues to aid the Foundation in its research - though, should he choose to withdraw his co-operation, it is unlikely that we would be able to keep him out.

Description: ENF-094 is an East Asian man in his late twenties, with few distinguishing features beyond a pleasant smile. He possesses the power of total freedom. His movement cannot be restrained by any means, including locks, nets or social convention, or responded to in any way.

He first came to the Foundation's attention in a spa town in Southern Japan, where Security Officer Carol Song found him exploring the women's section of a local onsen. An attempt was made to capture him - which, in retrospect, was clearly futile. Contact was lost. Several months later he was discovered in the fitting rooms of a high-end Parisian lingerie shop, apparently content to sit quietly in the corner.

A financial offer was made and accepted. ENF-093 now spends much of his time on Foundation premises - most commonly in gyms, showers, changing facilities, the locker rooms of the Artemis containment team and the private quarters of Officer Carol Song. Staff have proved unable to vary their routines, though fully aware of ENF-093's presence and quiet, fascinated gaze. Officer Song still wears no pants at home, and continues to [REDACTED] every evening with a big pink [REDACTED], despite ENF-093's habit of looking over her shoulder and reading the fanfiction on her laptop screen out loud.

ENF-093 is currently dating Foundation researcher Dr. Penelope Khan, with whom he shares an interest in experimental jazz and model trains. However, she reports, she still cringes when he takes pictures of her in the bath and posts them to Facebook. Research is ongoing.
