Containment Procedures: As ENF-093 is relatively benign, attempts to find a cure have been designated Low Priority, though research continues under the aegis of the Foundation's Memetic Contagion Unit. Contaminated staff should report immediately to Dr. Blithe for debriefing - without stopping to change, since this may affect the purity of the experimental results. As always, full co-operation with Foundation research is expected.

Description: ENF-093 is a mild psychic virus, of two to three weeks' duration, spread by interpersonal contact and the consumption of tainted information in text or video formats. Its primary symptom is targeted amnesia. Specifically, the affected subject develops an unfortunate habit of neglecting to properly clothe herself before she leaves the privacy of their domicile. It can take several hours for the victim (invariably female) to become conscious of her state of undress, at which point some discomfort usually occurs.

The first known outbreak of the virus began in 2021, halfway through an interview for the role of Primary Investigator in the Foundation's Visibility Department, when Dr. Lucent observed that the panel was paying no attention to her detailed explanation of why she was so much smarter and more competent than Dr. Blithe. Puzzled by this phenomenon, and by their quiet smirks, she took stock of her own presentation and discovered that she was wearing nothing but a hot pink bra, rainbow stockings and a party hat.

The interview had been filmed, and a visual record of the incident (plus the subsequent twenty-minute interrogation of Dr. Lucent, who was quite unable to answer the panel's questions about her state of dress) was rapidly circulated among Foundation staff for research purposes. It was not discovered until too late that any visual or textual record of an ENF-093 incident can act as a vector for the condition. By this time, unfortunately, over 80% of the Foundation's female workers had been infected.

A full record of the resultant few weeks is available from Dr. Blithe's office by request. Of note is the attempt by Dr. Angela Sharpe and the Foundation's Oversight Committee to formally censure Dr. Blithe for his role in the affair - only to discover, upon entering his rooms, that every last member of the ten-woman group was clothed in only high heels and flimsy lace panties, and that Dr. Blithe was armed with ENF-022 and a brace of automatic cameras.

It is not yet clear how footage from this event made its way to Youtube, thus releasing ENF-093 into the world and ensuring that it would remain permanently in circulation among the general public. The investigation continues.
