Description: ENF-065 is a side-scrolling beat-'em-up arcade game entitled Girl City Rumble, released in 1993 by the now-defunct Hadaka Games. The player must choose from one of eight characters, all attractive female martial artists, and navigate the mean streets of Girl City, mastering kung fu and special secret techniques in order to defeat the minions of the evil mastermind Pervert X.

Notably, a character's health is measured in the integrity of her clothing. Samurai will try to cut her outfit off, robots will disintegrate her underwear with rays, mutant plants will spray her with cloth-dissolving slime, and so on. New clothes are available as pickups and can be purchased at the end of every level. Once a character has been stripped, the game is over, and a detailed animation is played of her humiliating defeat.

As long as it's played by a man, Girl City Rumble behaves like a normal arcade game. When it's played by a woman, however, it displays a couple of special qualities. First, whenever a level is completed, a small sum of money is transferred into the player's bank account. Second, all punishments suffered by the character are also inflicted on the player, by means of mechanical arms, hidden nozzles and so forth.

Girl City Rumble is highly addictive. Dr. Penelope Khan is the current holder of the Foundation high score, having made it all the way to the Ninja Fortress (and earned over $800) before she was finally deprived of her one remaining sock, placed in elaborate shibari rope bondage, spanked until she begged for mercy and left to dangle from the break room ceiling with nothing on but nipple clamps. Nobody has ever seen the final boss.
