Containment Procedures: ENF-063 is to be kept under lock and key in the Miscellaneous Items Repository of Research Facility 1-A, in the care of an appropriately qualified supervisor. It is to be taken out for research purposes only. It is not the personal property of Dr. Blithe and does not belong in his wallet.

Description: ENF-063 is a small white laminated licence card that designates its holder as an official Female Body Inspector for the Universal Government. The name printed on the card is illegible, and the photograph is blurred beyond recognition.

Anyone holding the card is entitled to conduct ad hoc inspections of female bodies, according to whatever procedures and criteria they deem necessary. Instructions given by the card holder cannot be disobeyed, as long as they are directly related to the card holder's officially sanctioned role. If the card holder determines that the body of a particular female is not up to code, they are entitled to invoke whatever sanctions and demerits they deem necessary, up to and including the revocation of all clothing privileges until the issue is fixed.

Inspection Log:

Subject: Dr. Melissa Cifuentes
Procedure: Subject stripped to underwear. Fitness tested by calisthenics routine, followed by brisk jog around Foundation offices.
Result: Fitness levels insufficient. Daily exercise regime imposed. As stimulus to comply, subject will remain in underwear until further notice.

Subject: Officer Carol Song
Procedure: Surprise inspection conducted of Artemis locker room. Subject's endurance tested by exposure to very cold shower. Nipples then manually inspected to determine degree of hardness.
Result: Pass.

Subject: Dr. Angela Sharpe
Procedure: Subject bent over office desk. Skirt lifted. Panties removed and placed in subject's mouth to prevent disruptive complaints. Posterior's capacity for redness tested extensively, with assistance of ruler and hairbrush.
Result: Redness after one hundred spanks two shades darker than regulation. Subject to repeat test twice daily, with help of personal assistant. All cushioning on office chairs to be removed.

Subject: Dr. Emilia Lucent
Procedure: Subject stripped naked in middle of 1-A cafeteria. Ten volunteers recruited to conduct manual inspection of breasts, buttocks and [REDACTED] under Dr. Blithe's supervision.
Result: Breasts oversized. Subject will regain clothing privileges once she has personally apologized to every Foundation member for this oversight.

Subject: Dr. Penelope Khan
Procedure: Subject obliged to present slideshow on most embarrassing moments of her life to audience of friends and coworkers, wearing nothing but a single black kneesock and a necktie, to test capacity for humiliation.
Result: Pass.
