Containment Procedures: It has proved impossible to convince the city to shut ENF-60 down. For monitoring purposes, at least one Foundation observer should be situated in the audience every Wednesday evening, and complete records should be maintained of every performance. In addition, for testing purposes, female researchers are encouraged to put a routine together and apply. If volunteers cannot be found, senior personnel are entitled to mandate participation in this program.

Description: ENF-60 is a comedy club named Betty's Place located in a back alley in Brooklyn, New York. Most days of the week, it functions as a normal comedy club. On Wednesdays, however, it runs an open mic event called Laugh At Women Night featuring only female comedians. Any passably attractive woman who wants to perform is automatically accepted. There are never any shortage of applicants.

On Laugh At Women Night, every time a joke fails to land, the comedian is punished. The exact nature of the punishments vary from night to night. Often, however, she is deprived of her clothing piece by piece and **** to perform naked while the audience pelts her with squishy tomatoes. Refusing to perform also leads to punishment, and it's impossible for the comedian to leave the stage until Betty decides the act is over. Only truly hilarious women escape with their dignity intact.

Addendum 060-01: Melissa was surprisingly good at this. Nervous at first, but after the first custard pie in the face she shaped up. She did lose her bra halfway through, after the one about the priest, the pig and the theoretical astrophysicist went over the crowd's head. And I don't think she was expecting that bucket of ice water. But you can't win them all.

Addendum 060-02: Emilia's pants fell down in the first thirty seconds. After that she could only think of puns. Still, not the least entertaining forty-five minutes of my life. Probably didn't help that I invited the whole lab and half her Facebook friends to watch her try to come up with wordplay, standing in the spotlight with no clothes on, sticky with tomato juice from head to toe. Wonder where those clowns took her after the show?
