Containment Procedures: Due to ENF-025's anomalous properties, it is to be kept in a standard minimum-security containment chamber, with requests for its use freely available for potential research. Aside from Dr. Blithe, anyone who wishes to remove the item from its containment must make use of an external device, such as pliers or forceps, in order to avoid triggering the effects of ENF-025

Description: ENF-025 is a palm-sized sandy brown rock of unknown composition. It is observed to possess a soft, velvet-like outer texture and a gently curved shape, as if having been sanded into its current state.

When held by a male subject, ENF-025 is described as being "a little warm", sitting roughly just above room temperature. No other anomalous properties are observed in this scenario.

If held by a female subject, however, they will first complain of a sudden onset of intense heat throughout their body, likening it at first to feeling like being inside of a sauna. after approximately two minutes of contact, the subject will begin to remove her clothes in a seductive fashion, regardless of any witnesses being present or not. As this happens, the subject will continue holding onto 025 as they undress.

If allowed to strip to complete nudity, the subject will proceed to dance in a sensual manner regardless of any music currently playing, performing lewd gestures to whoever happens to be observing the action. After completion of this performance, the subject will then proceed to masturbate, using either their empty hand or, in some cases, ENF-025 itself. The subject will masturbate to completion, at which point they will willingly let go of ENF-025. This causes the subject to seemingly regain awareness of their state of dress, and they will invariably express confusion over what just occured. When asked any questions about ENF-025's texture, surface temperature or overall shape, the women will be unable to describe it, claiming they weren't "present" to actually feel the item.

This item was discovered through a police encounter with a woman in Long Beach, California who was observed to have been under the effects of 025. Before being allowed to start pleasuring herself, the object was removed from her grasp by officers, causing her to immediately enter a panic and attempt to cover herself. A female officer on the scene then picked up the rock, only to fall under its effect as well, thankfully being stopped by a male officer before she was able to remove her pants.

Addendum 025-01: As of this addendum's publishing, Dr. Blithe is forbidden from placing ENF-025 in or around the workspaces, vehicles or public facilities used or owned by female staff.

Addendum 025-02: No researchers are permitted to take ENF-025 outside of Foundation territory. Especially not as a way to "boost your confidence" to attend amateur night at any strip clubs.
