Containment Procedures: ENF-022 belongs under lock and key in the Foundation armory. It is not a toy and should not be treated as such. Under no circumstances is it to be used by Foundation personnel for purposes of staff discipline, livening up dull meetings, evading formal reprimands for misuse of highly advanced scientific equipment, practical japery, or any other reason beyond those sanctioned by the Acquisitions Committee. If it's found in Dr. Blithe's office one more time, the Artemis containment team will be dispatched to retrieve it.

Description: ENF-022 is a small toy ray gun made from translucent green plastic, with the words ZAP GUN written on its side in a futuristic font. When the trigger is depressed it lights up, emits an electronic noise, and induces an overwhelming sexual climax in any female subject at which it is aimed, effectively incapacitating her. It can be used on the same target multiple times in a row, with no apparent upper limit, and never seems to run out of batteries.
