"I call this device, the Enhancing of Neurotic Affects By Luminscent Energy Responses," Weiss said, hefting up the Dust-spraying mechanism in her hands. "Or, the E.N.A.B.L.E.R. for short."

The truth of the matter was that Weiss wasn't having lunch at all. Rather, she was giving a presentation on her latest experimental Dust, and the device she created with it, in the Beacon Stadium. With her was Professor Goodwitch, who had put in a good word for her, and various high-ranking huntsmen and professors with a keen interest in her discovery. Standing beside Weiss on the stadium was a glass cage holding two cows, one male and one female, neither of which were terribly interested in the other.

"With the E.N.A.B.L.E.R.," Weiss continued. "Cattle shortages will be a thing of the past. Observe."

Weiss connected the E.N.A.B.L.E.R. device to the cage and sprayed. The Dust fell over the cows. They were all over each other in moments.

"The affects of the E.N.A.B.L.E.R. are quite simple," Weiss proceeded to explain. "The Dust components amplify the sexual impulses of whichever creature they fall over, giving them a never-ending need to, well, 'satisfy' those urges."

"Is there a limit to this?" asked one Hunstman. "It would cause trouble if the cattle reproduced without end."

"That's the best part," Weiss said. "The E.N.A.B.L.E.R. will only wear off if the subject engages in intercourse with another subject with the same effects. Just give it to a whole group, and it will wear off, and you will have plenty of newborns." Weiss patted the cage. "Of course, I've only ever tested that portion of the E.N.A.B.L.E.R. in the cage, so we'll have to give it a field test later to be sure."

Weiss was treated with a round of applause.

"Excellent work, Schnee," Professor Goodwitch said with a smile.

Weiss felt warm.
