Drop it.

You decide to drop it, maybe somethings are better off left alone. Plus, your friends are waiting for you. So, you don’t want to keep them waiting. You were about to leave but then your sister stops you. “Whoa slow down their champ. Your makeup is a bit messed up now.” She says grabbing your hand and stopping you in place.

You didn’t even know that your makeup was a bit messed up. Thank God you have a caring sister, she then reaches in her backpack as she helps you reapply your foundation. Your sister's face was close to yours. It made you conscious of how close her lips are. Just a few inches away but you won’t dare.

Instead, you can’t help but look at how pretty your sister is. Her soft-looking skin, the subtle mascara on her eyes. The cherry red lipstick that is on her lips. It made your heart skip a beat; you can’t help but slip out some words. “God, you are pretty…” You say quietly hoping she doesn’t hear it, but she did.

“Did you just call me pretty?” Racheal says stopping mid-action. Your eyes goes wide, and your face quickly goes red as you try to cover it up. “I uh.” You try to get the words out, but it fails. Your sister's face goes red too. She then coughs to break out of this weird tension.

“I think your friends are waiting on you. I'll see you around Ash,” she says as she quickly walks away. You proceed to do the same.
