Drive to Aunt Enda's shop

As Jan left the office and she began the drive to Aunt Edna’s. As Jan approached Edna’s shop she entered the neighborhood the city was trying to revitalize. She saw a mix of worn down buildings and new construction. You could tell the area was improving but it still had a long way to go. The place was still on the wrong side of the tracks for Jan. Jan pulled in the little lot next to the storefront that was Aunt Edna’s. She parked next to an old 60’s van the thing even had hippy flowers on its sides.

Across the street constructions workers were still busy working on a new strip mall. But she could see some were already slacking off now that the day was almost done. One large muscled black man in a dirty tank top was looking at her in her prim suit as she got out of the car.
