Dress stuck in bus door

She pushed herself off the bus door just as soon as it started moving again, only to realize her dress was stuck inside the door. If she was anxious before, she was definitely panicking now.

She tried to match the bus speed so she could have more time to pull her dress out of the door, but not only was this task impossible with sandals, it wouldn't have mattered anyway as the bus pulled away from the sidewalk and into the street.
