Draconian Female

The Draconian Race:

Millenia ago, the Draconians escaped from slavery at the hands of the Archfiend of the Ninth Plane, who had bred them as soldiers in his army. They made it out into the real world, beyond his reach, but not before he placed a curse upon them.

Their wombs would only bear kobolds, until and unless they returned and submitted themselves to his service once more.

The draconians, however, figured out that, on certain days of the year, with the right combination of divine intervention and magic, the curse can be temporarily nullified, allowing them to breed true.

This has lead to a theocratic culture, where the priests hold complete power over who gets to breed, and therefore over society as a whole. Almost uniquely among the theocratic cultures of the world, the priests actively encourage explorations of same-sex relationships and non-vaginal sex, the reasoning being that getting pregnant with kobolds is a complete waste of time, effort and quite possibly life, especially if it means that the woman in question can't be impregnated on one of the days where the draconians can breed true.

**** is mildly disproved of by the clergy, except when it results in pregnancy, in which case no mercy can be expected for those who wasted a valuable opportunity to make new Draconians by producing ones with perverted bloodlines.

Draconians tend to be hard, uninterested in trivial conversation or soppy romantic love. However, unlike some races, they do possess the capacity to love, they just choose not to do so. To the Draconians, the true test of a relationship is not in how many flowers or poems you distribute, but in how well you work together.

Draconian Females:

Being a reptilian species, the Draconian males are almost indistinguishable from the females without an in-depth examination. The females do not have breasts, and their vaginas are only visible as a slight flash of pink amongst the scales.

Aside from the genitalia, both genders of Draconians share the same general form: roughly human body, with draconic features such as scales, a reptilian tail, and wings. Draconian scales tend towards sharing the colours of true dragons, however unlike those of true dragons, Draconian scales do not reveal anything about the power of the Draconian.

All Draconians have the same power set: flight and a natural affinity for magic. Draconians have no breath powers, or elemental affinities, beyond those developed by magic.

A Draconian will normally be dressed in a way suited to their profession, much as a human would, except that they afford no special protection to their chest or groin. After all, there's no sense wasting fabric to cover it, when there's nothing special about it. To more humanoid races, this would both be gross indecency, and leave a sensitive part of their body open to harm, but the reptilian form of the Draconians means that the bags of flesh humanoids ascribe much attention to don't exist, and the vaginas are very hard to see, or harm.

This doesn't mean they favour going crotchless, just that they don't afford it any special status. A heavily-armoured Paladin will still wear armour all over, a Wizard's robes won't be altered to expose the crotch, and a Rogue will still cover up everything to protect her identity.

For Draconians who are not in a specific profession, loose-fitting robes are the norm. Easy and cheap to make and covering most of the body, they provide simple clothing for a race that doesn't need anything more.
