Alice's trainer looked at her. "Look I know you want to be great, but you are improving. Let's call it for the day and I'll see you tomorrow afternoon for some more exercises." Alice nodded and walked over to the changing area. She knew he was being nice, but she wasn't looking forward to training again. As she got dressed she thought about what she wanted to do with the rest of the day.
