Don't risk it, not on her first try.

Felicity looked around, she had nobody supporting her, the police were on their way and she was standing arms folded in a store while being practically naked...while she was well within the rights laid out by the store she wasn't acting within the law...the cops would arrest her and take her in...label her a sex offender...her career as a lawyer would be over.

"Well I..." She took another look around at the eyes that saw her, judgemental, upset...there was no winning them over, she'd have to pick a new testing ground. "...I think I probably should be going...I have an appointment and..." Before she finished she decided to run, rushing past the line and towards the door, ignoring whatever vulgarities the store owner threw her way.

Part two of her new plan...something she didn't quite consider...an escape route. She'd left her shorts in the store...there was no time to go back for them. Thinking on her feet and hearing sirens in the distance she looked about, spotting a route heading away from the cops but also led to the park, if Felicity made it there it would be childsplay taking cover in the wooded area and sneaking back to her apartment from there.

Part three of her plan...was one that carried plenty of risk, no more risk than what she faced already however. Kicking off her heels and pulling her shirt over her head she ran, hearing a cop car round the corner behind her, sirens blaring close enough they almost deafened her. She figured exchanging the appearance of a hooker for a streaker would make them go easier on her...and thankfully she was correct in that assessment, seeing as she hadn't been tazed or tackled yet Felicity guessed they let her run for the moment.

Finally back in her apartment with an outfit gone and a failed plan she got back to the drawing board...though she'd remember the streaker tactic...an ace up her sleeve, for when she'd be wearing sleeves that is.
