Don't let your temporary power go to waste

You appear back in Olivia's mansion after teleporting out of Black Widow's car. The place is quiet and you walk around aimlessly until you come upon a full length mirror in a hallway. You pause and take a good at your reflection and Tony Stark is staring back at you. Black Widow said you had a few more hours before your temporary ability to shapeshift wears off and it would be such a waste to just do nothing. However, you're not really sure what to do and you pace around the house. You could become anyone and with the power of your teleportation ring be anywhere. You could become the president and order missiles strikes on another country. You could become the queen and order people around in the palace. There are so many options.

Eventually you come to the den and you turn the tv on, hoping for some inspiration. The news is on and they're showing a live scene of some town in New Mexico where some attack has happened and people need help. 1 of the newscasters speculates that it's the work of a villain and that has your attention. Without giving it more thought, you activate your teleportation ring and bring yourself to the scene. It's a disaster when you arrive and cars are piled up or turned over in the streets while people are evacuating. Your first thought is to go help some people, but you notice that there are already agents around helping people to safety and it looks like the threat is over. 1 of the agents walk pass you and you see the badge on their jacket that indicates they're from SHIELD.

Realizing you'll stand out looking as Tony Stark, you frantically try to focus on trying to shapeshift. You feel your features start to shift and in fact, you're getting taller. You're not used to changing and you're standing there a little dazed when someone taps you on your shoulder and says, "What are you doing here?"

You turn around and you see a striking woman with dark hair dressed in an all black combat suit. The gun holstered on her hip is hard to miss. You recognize her from pictures in the news. It's Maria Hill of SHIELD.

"Uh- uh- uh-" you stutter.

"You're too late. It was some guy with a shock gun. We already took him down and have him in custody. You weren't needed, Thor," Maria says.

You're about to respond when you blink and recall what Maria just called you. You look around and see part of your reflection in a car window. While trying to shapeshift out of Tony Stark, you had accidentally turned into Thor, who's just as recognizable. You must have instinctively thought of the fellow avenger in your hurry.
