Doctor's examination

I managed to find a good job, I have to go in two days with the required documents, I have all the documents except one document, a certificate of physical fitness.

I call many clinics but everyone says they don't have time, I was at the height of despair when my mother-in-law said I have a friend who we grew up with since childhood, I can take you to him and he will give you the certificate you want very soon. I ask him if we can close the door so no one sees me in my underwear. He chuckles and says "Underwear? You shouldn't wear underwear, honey, I have to weigh your bottom naked! And there's no point in closing the door because when I'm done, you're going back to the waiting room naked." I said "What? I can't go back there naked! It's full of women including my mother-in-law!" He says "I'm sorry that's the way it is, I don't have all day now, so you're going to have to get naked!" I swallow my pride and begin to strip. Once everything is off and in the plastic bin, I step onto the scale to weigh myself. When he’s done with me, he calls the receptionist to escort me to the waiting room. He walks in and starts giggling when he sees me standing naked with my hands covering my penis. “Now you can come with me, sir,” he says, and I begin my naked walk to the waiting room in shame. “Please let me stay here, I’m naked! My mother-in-law is in there with about twenty other women!” I beg him before he opens the door. “Sorry, sir, that’s our policy for male patients,” he says. Then he opens the door and pulls me out into a room full of women who are obviously waiting for a nude show, because their eyes are all glued to the door. I'm sure they've already heard my naked pleas. As I'm being pushed out, I have to move my hands away from my penis to keep my balance. Now my mother-in-law sees me naked. She has a big smile on her face and whistles at me, saying, "Sorry, I forgot to mention this part. My doctor sees male patients, but they have to stay naked for the entire visit."
