Display

Vanessa looked over the options a decided to go with display. She had no idea what it was, but it was hopefully straight forward. Circling that option on the contract, Vanessa handed the paper back to the man. “Okay, so now what am I doing?” asked Vanessa, staring directly at the man.

“The Display method basically just has you act as a model for our costumes. To pay off the repairs to the armor you will have to do this for 2-3 full days. You will be placed at one of the clear booths we have where people can select different costumes for you to display. We can get you started now.” The man got up from his seat and lead Vanessa over to a clear glass container in one of the walls. “This is where you will be, so enjoy your time.” The man finished, pressing a button that closed the container and trapped Vanessa inside. She hadn’t even gotten a chance to say anything before getting shoved inside this container. It was big enough for her to extend her arms but not much bigger than that.

Vanessa had only been in there for mere minutes when a thought crossed her mind. She was still in the zero suit, and didn’t have anything covering her face. If someone came into the store they could recognize her and take a picture of what she really looks like. This made her panic, immediately looking for some way to conceal her identity but it was no use. There was nothing she could do besides stand around and wait.
