Dinner with her dad

You have a pleasant conversation about school, sports, hobbies, and anything other than supernatural stuff. Only once he thinks the atmosphere is harmonious enough does he delve into it.

"How are you feeling, Max , I've heard it hurts really bad at first?"

"I'm ok." You answer hesitantly.

"Do you regret staying by my daughter's side?"

"What? Of course not!"

"You still love her after what she did to you?"

" Of course."

"Thank you, Max , for not abandoning her, it would have destroyed her, after what her mother did ... you are her world, all she does is talk about you."

"Umm... there's nothing to thank me for... That's what a boyfriend does..."

"Not many do, Max , not many people can go through this ..." He gets cut off by Jenny, who returns and saves you from the awkward conversation.

The dinner is progressing swiftly, the food is great, and Jenny keeps the atmosphere lively. Once you finish eating, you fall back in the chair and rub your belly. "The food was great. I think I'll have trouble moving around with this big belly."

"Haha, I've got a lot of experience. I've tried teaching Jenny, but she just burns everything ..." he laughs heartily

"Daddy! You can't tell him that..." Jenny protests.

"Don't worry, baby, I'll eat it, even if it's burned!" you jest.

"Who said I'm cooking for you?" Jenny mocks being upset, while her father laughs merrily.

After Jenny helps her father clean the table, he excuses himself "Then, I'm going to sleep. See you in the morning, and don't make too much noise!" he waves as he goes upstairs.

"We won't! Good night, dad!"

" Good night, Mr. Miller!"

"Mr. Miller?" Your girlfriend teases you.

"Oh, shut up, it's already weird as it is."

She grabs your hand and drags you towards tonight's bedroom.
