Dine in now to eat out later

Tina decided that she wanted to just relax for a whiles, so she asked Eric what food they had in the house. She hadn't kept much at her old apartment, and had never asked about what they kept in the fridge. Eric though turned out to be more than just charming. She watched in awe as he made her blueberry pancakes.

She had never had a man cook for her before, so it was really a great change of pace. In a short amount of time she had five decently sized pancakes on a plate with butter and syrup to apply as she pleased.

"Is this hiw you won Alice over?"

"Actually we met in online in a gaming forum. Which led to us booting up an old shooter and going one on one for about three hours straight over a slight disagreement. The next night we decided to party up on a zombie game and we figured out that we worked pretty well together. She normally takes point while i snipe."

Tina thought about that for a moment. She knew some stuff about games because of her brothers, but she had never played one herself. It was really interesting to her that something like that could bring two people together.

"Do you think you and her could teach me to play? I've never tried gaming before."

Eric swallowed hus bite and thought for a moment. She figured he was deciding on what game to try her on when he spoke up.

"So idea. Lets run this by Alice tonight. We can take her out to dinner after she gets off work. We pick you up a Playport 5 and we turn the office into a game room. We can set you up with something like an online fantasy rpg to start with. Maybe Olden Books Online."

"Aren't new game systems expensive?"

""They can be, but I can foot the bill on this one."

Tina was worried about him spending a lot of money, but she agreed to talk to Alice first. She was hoping that gaming with the couple would bring them closer together. She had always been to shy to really find any group related hobbies and she now realized that she may need to find a few. While she was lost in thought, Eric called Alice and they set up dinner plans for an Italian place in town.

"We still have a few hours, but want to shower and get ready?"

"Yes but lets shower separately. If i shower with you, I'm definitely going to want to touch things i shouldn't."

"We have time for a second shower if things get messy," he chuckled. Tina giggled and pushed him towards his room to get ready.

"I will shower by myself this time Mister!"
