Dick

You step out of the car, walk around to the passenger side, and open the door for you wife Jane. You walk her towards the house where Sarah the welcome person is waiting.

“Hi” said Sarah “you are right on time, you must be Jane, and you must be Dick” she said while looking you over lingering over your crouch, “my name is Sarah Shagalot and I am here to welcome you to the town and show you around your new house”.

Sarah asked you to follow her, and you all walked in the house.

“Now Slutford is a little different than most towns but you will see that for yourselves, let me show you around”.

Sarah shows the house to you and Jane for twenty minutes or so and then leaves you alone to settle in.
