Dick was arrested.

By the time Dick had managed to cut the rope with the claws on her new catsuit, it was already too late. Selina was long gone. She stumbled out of the janitor's closet, barely able to manage in the high heels coupled with the fact her costume felt like it was vacuum sealed to her body. Catwoman took skin tight to a whole new level. It felt like there was a corset built into it. How did she even breathe in this thing? Let alone do acrobatics across rooftops and successfully evade Batman? Had the circumstances been different, she might have even gained a little respect for the cat burglar. Maneuvering in all this ridiculous gear was a feat in of itself.

"There she is! It's Catwoman!"

A swarm of GCPD officers flooded the museum atrium, pistols drawn with flashlights shining.

"Freeze! Stay where you are, cat lady!"

Dick thought about escaping but knew there was no way she'd be able to evade gunfire in heels. She could barely keep herself upright. How did Selina do it? Catwoman would've used her whip to knock the police off their feet and hoist herself away, but could she pull that off without practice or training? She didn't think so.

"I know what this looks like... but uh... I didn't do it..?"

Reluctantly, Dick put her hands up. She never thought she'd be on this side of the law. She highly doubted there was any convincing them that she was anyone other than Selina Kyle.

"That's it! Keep those claws where we can see 'em!"

Dick was promptly arrested and hauled to Arkham Asylum for the theft of the priceless Jewel of Dolos. She was extensively searched, leaving Dick extremely embarrassed to be nude in front of other women when she hadn't even been one herself for more than a few hours. The police failed to locate the artifact but the evidence of Catwoman's break-in was everywhere. Selina was usually so quiet and precise. She never left anything behind when casing a joint except when she was first starting out.

It became clear that Selina had planned all along to set Dick up to take the fall.

Dick was sent to Selina's usual cell in the women's wing in Arkham Asylum.
