Dick Grayson- Mashup World

Dick was more than a little terrified at the implications of the power this... Rulebook had. The ability to change the law in such a way that no matter what and how you changed things people saw it as 'normal'. If someone like Lex Luthor got his hands on it he would be king of at the very least America within five seconds. 'If I thought it would work I'd make a Rule that anyone who finds this needs to give it back to me ASAP, but the people I'm worried about wouldn't give a crap about laws like that. Guess I'll just have to be real careful with this thing, the less people who know what it is and that I have it the better.' He decided as he hastily picked up the Rulebook and made his way out of the cafe.

Though that didn't mean he wasn't going to use the thing himself.

He stopped in front of his motorcycle and quickly jotted down another Rule, both to test its power again and to have some fun with his new toy.

--Old Rule: When Dick Grayson arrives at locals controlled or managed by a member of the BatClan, Teen Titans, Titans, Birds of Prey or Justice League he will be greeted by female members that are of age or older in attendance without fail by a deep kiss during which he is allowed to grope and otherwise sexually touch the girl as he desires. The same will happen when a female arrives if Dick Grayson is already in attendance.

--New Rule: When Dick Grayson asks of age or older female members of the BatClan, Teen Titans, Titans, Birds of Prey or Justice League any sexual questions they will answer promptly and truthfully without making a scene or having negative feelings against Dick Grayson that last longer than two minutes after answering the question or questions.

There, that should give him some entertaining proof about the power of the Rulebook and would make sure he never went through too deep of a dry spell for the foreseeable future. He really fucking hated dry spells. His first Rules now set he put the book in the compartment under his seat, slipped on his helmet, and drove off.
