Devise a plan

"So what's next?" Julia asks.

"We have to assume Flight and Lightning are either dead or soon to be dead," you say as you pace around the apartment. "And Changer will be coming for us soon. She'll be able to find us if we use our rings."

"So what do we do? Not use our rings for the rest of our lives? I can't do that. I already know how great it is. In fact, I can't wait to try out this ring," Julia points at the ring Windstress had given up.

Julia's right and there's no way you'd stop using your rings. Then you had an idea.

"No, we just need to set a trap for her. We can't stay here, we need to leave quickly before she finds us since we teleported here."

"Where are we going?"

"I'll explain in the cab," you say and the two of you are out of the door.

Hailing a cab, you tell the driver to take you to the warehouse by the wharf, then describe your plan to Julia. Together, you will go to the warehouse where you would hide while Julia used one of the magic rings to attract Changer's attention. Julia initially protested when she learned that she would be the bait, but she soon saw the logic of it since your magical powers are better suited to dealing with Changer. Together, you decided that it would be best if Julia used Windstress' ring to manipulate the air around her, forming some sort of invisible barrier void of oxygen. That way, Changer wouldn't be able to take her by surprise and you would still be able to jump into action when the time came.

You pay the driver when you get to the warehouse and the two of you go in to set the trap.
