Eva puts a finger to her lips. "Ooh. So big and flat. Look at all those critters down there. Kinda scary."

"Where are we?" Niki asks.

You shrug. "It gets a little confusing. So the continent is called a few different things. Sometimes even Australia, which is weird since that's also the name of a country. It's all pretty huge. But this is just a tiny part of it anyway. Up there, that's... That was my house. I guess this is where we should start looking. Maybe we'll find me here somewhere."

It seems that nobody can see or hear you. Additionally, you can phase right through walls. You and the other three pass right through the roof of your home and straight into your bedroom. There you see yourself getting dressed for the day. You're standing in your underwear with a pair of jeans in your hands.

Amara puts her hands over her face. "Apologies."

Meanwhile, Niki laughs. "This feels weird to watch."

"Oh..." Eva mutters and watches with interest.

After you finish getting dressed, something peculiar happens.

You cover your eyes as a blinding light washes over you, and a portal tears open between you and the door. After a moment, you're able to lower your hand from your gaze and see straight through the portal into a dark room on the other side. However, a figure stands in the way. She has snow-white hair tied up into lengthy pigtails and has pale skin. She's garbed in a lab coat that ends at her thighs, and white stockings continue down to her feet. With a flick of her wrist, you pass out, and she grabs you by the scuff of your neck and pulls you right through to the other side.

Everything goes dark. You and the others float for a moment in a void.

"Someone kidnapped you!" Eva shouts.

"Damn it. I'm not gonna remember anything while I'm ****."

The area around you flickers. Suddenly, you're in a dimly lit room, and your body is beneath you chained down to a bed. Your eyes slowly open and struggle to see. Therefore, your own image of everything around is blurry as well. The voices sound echoed, like you're all inside a tin can.

"After all these years, finally. A success," the woman from earlier says. "Just like I thought. It works better with someone from the other world. Only time will tell now if it will continue to function as it's meant to do."

She scribbles something down on her clipboard.

An unseen figure speaks. "What happens now then?"

"We let him grow. The power of Goa has to evolve naturally. When the time comes, we'll find him. Though our experimentation can't stop now. We need to plan for the worst. Whether it's him or not, we will shape the ultimate being. The most powerful demon king that's ever lived, because it'll be the first ever demon king that was created."

"If classes can be altered, then there is no limit to what we can do."

"Exactly correct. Now get the next test subject in here, just in case this ones dies the moment we toss him into the world like the last one did."

"Are you sure you want to send this one so close to where Sa'dis is heading?"

"That idiot will fall to his own hubris. And if they do meet before then, it will prove to be very educational for me. Now cross your fingers. Having enough material and power to pierce into the other world again is unlikely, at least for a long time."

"Then I'll proceed immediately."

Everything goes dark yet again.
