"Red dress, baby," you say, pulling your phone from your pocket. "And fix your makeup. We've got four minutes."

"Yes, boss," she purrs, wiggling into the tight red fabric. The dress clings to every curve, the neckline plunging deep between her breasts, the hem barely covering the tops of her thighs. She pulls a compact from her purse and begins repairing the damage—wiping away the streaked mascara, reapplying lipstick in quick, practiced motions. Her hands are steady despite what just happened, muscle memory taking over.

You unlock your phone and open the app. Candy's interface blooms across the screen in hot pink, her cartoon avatar winking at you.

"OMG hiiii! " The message appears instantly, as if she'd been waiting. "That was like, SO fucking hot! You totally made her scream her new name while you came inside her! That's like, advanced level stuff! "

Another message follows immediately: "Jessie's locked in forever now btw! She's like, 100% yours! No takebacks! Her brain is totally rewritten and she doesn't even remember being Jessica anymore! Isn't that amazing?? "

A third bubble appears: "Oh and just so you know, Derek's transformation started right on schedule! He's gonna be at the meeting in like 3 minutes and he's already getting all soft and girly looking! This is gonna be SO fun to watch!"

Then: "You're doing SO good, Marcus! Like seriously! You're getting really good at the whole reality-rewriting thing! Makes me think about all the other fun stuff we could do together... "

The messages keep coming: "Have you thought any more about trying the filters on yourself? Just like, to see what you'd look like? It's totally reversible if you don't like it! (Well, mostly reversible lol) But I bet you'd look SUPER cute! "

"All done!" Jessie announces, snapping her compact shut. She does a little spin, the red dress flaring slightly. Her makeup is perfect again, lips glossy and red, eyes smoky and seductive. She looks exactly like what she is—expensive arm candy, a trophy, a possession. "How do I look?"

The door handle begins to turn. Someone's arriving early for the 10am meeting.
