Delia watched the performance

Forcing her attention ahead, Delia watched the performance. Even without having a real way of knowing what the story was, the mother watched her daughter and her kimono-clad pokemon dance. Each movement brought with it a strange sense of hypnotic enthrallment and joy. Like somehow, everything was going to be alright. She didn't know what it was about the dance or why she felt that way, it just did.

"She looks cute like that." Delia thought and leaned forward. The performance was just wrapping up, but Delia could feel Pearl's eyes already on her. The charizard geisha headed her way, humming a tune that Delia didn't recognize in the slightest. But she just chalked it up to her not getting out of the house that often.

"What did you think, mom?" Pearl announced and Delia smiled. Bracing herself, she was treated to a hug right after. Felt quite good against her daughter's kimono.

"I liked it." Delia answered and watched Pearl's face turn light orange. Looking away, the charizard geisha took a moment to compose herself. Once she had, her attention returned to the mother.

"Do you want to join me here then?"
