You manage to interpect the scything swing {if@ Weapon == 2}with the broad side of your Sledgeaxe{elseif Weapon == 1}{if BatonVolt == True}by catching it in the middle of your staff, holding onto each now non-electric end with your hands{else}by catching it in a cross made out of electric batons (two of them){endif}{endif}, but the amount of **** behind the attack really surprises you -- {if@ Weapon == 2}you're sent sliding back a small distance along the crumbly gravel path, and nearly lose balance and fall over, but you catch yourself! Still, though, this thing is powerful...{elseif Weapon == 1}though you're not hit by the scythe itself, it knocks {if BatonVolt == True}the middle of the staff against your forehead{else}both of your batons against your chest{endif} non-painfully. But even though it didn't really hurt anything other than your pride (luckily you didn't have the electricity on), it's still pretty alarming to you how powerful this thing is... it's good that nobody saw how embarrassingly easily your defence just got broken.{endif}

Drat! You really didn't count on a monster this lean being so secretly buff. It gives you a bit of hope for your future self, but also, it doesn't give you much hope since this thing's so fast that it's already preparing to hit you again! Argh, there's no time for rest and consideration during monster fights you dope! You've got to act quickly again, now!
