Olivia wrapped her arms around Jane’s neck carefully as she kissed her. A strange feeling. But then again their situation was strange. “I promise I care about you,” Jane whispered. “No matter what. I do.”

Olivia nodded as she moved her arms around Jane’s waist, embracing her as she rested her head on Jane’s shoulder. “Thank you,” Olivia whispered. “But… I think… I think I quit.”

“What? No, you can’t,” Jane said.

“These people just want to destroy me,” Olivia said. “And I… I don’t want to do that. I just… I need your help, Jane. I need you to help me fight this problem. You’re the only one who can help me.”

“I will,” Jane said. “I’ll help you.”
