Decide to cram as much training and studying as possible

You decide to train everything you can between your body, your quirk, and your knowledge. After all having a strong quirk or high intellect( In your case both and then some) are pointless if you don't have the control and body to properly use your quirk and having a high intellect is good and all but without a good enough span of knowledge it's just being wasted. After 10 years of grueling training, you have improved immensely so much so in fact that the suppression pills are no longer necessary. Your physical capabilities are on par with Olympic level athletes or at least just short of it. While difficult, you were able to train your quirk to such a point that you can produce beams of light that travel at 20% the speed of light, produce medium sized spheres of light which heal both minor and major injuries and can even repair lost limb and organs to some degree, albeit you need to use a special liquid you made with your quirk to make it have any real affect in that regard. Also you are to coat yourself in a semi-transparent cloak of light that not only lets you move and attack at around 5% the speed of light, it also provides protection from large amounts of damage. However you can only keep it up for 3 minutes before you are completely exhausted. Your darkness has also improved though not as much as your light. You can now create bolts of darkness that while not the fastest still do a lot of damage due to the gravity imposed by your darkness. You can also coat the ground in darkness around 50 feet from your body, this has the effect of increasing gravity in the afflicted area by 10x however you can't keep it up for longer than 5 minutes and if used on someone with a weak body it can deal major injures or even kill them. Not to mention this affect your allies as much as it does yourself, the only people unaffected by it are yourself(obviously), those with high levels of strength, those with quirk that revolves around light or darkness, and those who can nullify quirks like your father or Eraser Head, a famous pro hero. You have tried to used the darkness cloak like your light cloak however it doesn't work, but you were able to create weapons of semi-solid darkness instead which you can't do with your light. Most of this was possible do to your meeting with that strange man 3 years ago. He sensed your power from a far away place which he didn't speak of, but the moment he showed himself to you, you were put on guard almost sub-consciously due to the sheer level of power he was emitting. You yourself had never felt anything like it before even All Might and All for One didn't compare to this level of power.(I'll explain later why he knows All for one and why he met him and still has his quirk, because trust me if that guy knew about his quirk and met him he would take it hands down.) He explains that he only wishes to help you after noticing how nervous you are around him. He had long silver hair which flowed down to his waist which parted to his right eye over his face, he had silver eyes and was wearing a silver kimono which befitted royalty from the edo period of Japan. Despite him looking barely a day over 20 his eyes had the look of someone who had lived several of your lifetimes, though you did not know why that was. He helped train your quirk for just 3 months before he left on urgent business, but despite that however 40% of your knowledge and abilities are because of that short time you spent with him. He was a very good teacher, far better than any you have met, you wondered if you would ever meet him again.
