After hearing the scream you go to where you heard it and when you arrive you see All Might and a young green-haired student laying on the ground ****. You assumed he was student based on the uniform he was wearing, which you see in schools. All Might notices you and gains a looks of recognition on his face. "Well hello there young Damian, it has been a while hasn't it, your looking even better than that time I met you and your father 5 years ago. HAHAHAHAHa, anyways I had been chasing this villain when the scoundrel tried to abduct this young man right there if you were curious to know what happened here. Anyways, he sure is taking his time waking up, isn't he, let's remedy that shall we." he says. You gain a fond smile after seeing him due to him helping your father with some working he was doing in his lab. He soon after entering the lab started giving you pointers on how to control your quirk and how to be a hero after your father introduced him to you. However while you didn't know it at the time( and still don't) he was really there to tell your father what happened in his battle against All for One and his current state." Honestly you start to wonder if you should just use a healing sphere on that kid given how long it's taking him to wake up. However your concern is unfounded since he wakes up soon after and immediately freaks out about All Might. All Might just laughs and says "I thought we lost you there for a second." Afterwards the boy introduces himself as Izuku Midoriya and asks All Might if he can be a hero despite not having a quirk which All Might responds with a no but you say something different. " It is possible to be a hero without a quirk, however extremely unlikely you'd have to train your body to near super human levels of strength and possess at least an IQ of 150 but yes it is possible." By the kid's shocked reaction when you spoke you assume he only just noticed you, which doesn't surprise you given All Might's presence but still makes you concerned for his health. "Oh, I guess that means I'll never be as good as the pros huh. But still even if I have to go through hellish training I'll still become a hero!" what he said impresses you however you noticed how fidgety All Might is being which confuses you up until a large cloud of smoke emanates from him. Due to being to shocked at the emaciated man in front of where All Might was you didn't notice the bottle that had that sludge villain which fell off and the cap came un-done. Due to you being a friend of All Might's and All Might himself he leaves despite thinking that you have a powerful quirk. The first of you to say anything was Izuku. "Wha-, what happened to All Might. Who are you, your an imposter aren't you!?" Izuku replies *cough* intelligently. You being the genius that you are, are able to deduce that this is the reason that All Might has been very active for the past few years though you don't know why you have a sneaking suspicion it has something to do with the first time you met him 5 years ago though you don't know why. However you have a different reaction to that due to your abilities you have a medium sized sensory field which spreads out at least 100 feet in a circle from your body, which allows you to sense that All Might is badly injured.( the reason he didn't sense Izuku is because he was just outside of the field even if just barely. Izuku screams pretty loudly after all unless your deaf it would be impossible to not hear him when your at least 200 feet from him much less near a 100.) You quickly rush towards All Might and lift up his shirt which is where you sensed the pain coming. Both you and Izuku have to suppress your gag reflex so you don't vomit at the sight of All Might's wound. You being applying first aid immediately with your light however you soon notice that your going to need that special liquid you made in order to heal this and even then it might not be enough. All Might sighs and says "This is my true form. You know how guys at the gym flex their muscles to look bigger than they actually are. It's basically the same thing."( really isn't but whatever.) Izuku snaps out of his shock pretty fast and asks All Might how that happened but before All Might can respond "It was All for One wasn't it. He's the only person who could do this kind of lasting damage to you." you respond. However by All Might's beyond shocked expression and the way he immediately grips your shoulders you assume your correct. He then asks how you know him to which you respond you met him around 7 years ago. However when All Might tries to ask what happened, the sudden level of darkness emanating from your body increases 10 fold and immediately causes him to drop it. You just sigh and ask" He killed Nana didn't he?" All Might's grim expression is all the answer you need, however what Izuku says shocks both of you. " WAIT, you mean Aunt Nana?" He says with confusion and a bit of concern after All Might describes Nana Shimura and how should couldn't be his aunt Izuku starts crying and saying that that's why his mom was so sad that day. Before you three can continue a large explosion rocks your bodies and the sounds of sirens emanate from your north.
