Debriefed

You reach headquarters and as is custom you get pulled into the debriefing area. You are surprised to see that along with the psych agent Fara, Marlowe is also there.

Doctor Fara smiles at you. “So tell us about your trip.”

You recount the entire thing, leaving out certain key pieces of information, notably all the dirty sex with Debra and the whole demon plot.

You fidget with the needle, trying to decide if you should go through with it.

Marlowe gives you an odd look. Your fear scream ‘he knows’.

Doctor Fara looks at Marlowe. “She’s clear to head back to work.”

Marlowe gives you a sidelong glance.

You all stand up. As you walk to the door you tap the syringe against Marlowe. Queen Mara is apparently true to her word, he doesn’t even notice it. You head back to your office.

You spend the next six hours doing rather mundane paperwork. As you exit you see Marlowe in his office.

He glares at you. You swear he is staring at your breasts.

You exit the building and your cell begins vibrating.
