Debbi sleeps during the flight

Debbi sighed throughout most of Friday. Usually, she would prepare to relax herself for the weekend, but today she had to hail a ride to Heathrow straight after work to go on a nine-hour flight to Chicago. Jeff insisted that she and the other two get the same cab to cut down on expenses, making all three women's eyes roll. Not to mention, Jeff had sent everyone the boarding passes all at once (great opsec, Debbi thought), and Debbi noticed that she was sat right next to Diane and Aditty for the flight.

The three women agreed to meet out front at 3, and hail a Hackney cab to Heathrow. It was a tight squeeze in the back for all three women, but they managed to make it work. And without a moment to spare, the ladies arrived in Heathrow and zoomed through security to the gate.

"American Airlines Flight 1150 to Chicago O'Hare is now boarding at Gate E3" the intercom blared as the three women made a mad dash, arriving at the gate just as their group was boarding and panting as they showed the attendants their boarding passes.

Unfortunately for the girls, they were down in the back of the plane. Lucky enough for Debbi, however, she had the window seat, while Diane was stuck in the aisle and Aditty had the middle.

Several minutes after their boarding, the plane started taking off, and Debbi decided to fall asleep in her seat, not in the mood for conversation and wanting to get to Chicago as soon as possible.

The plane reached cruising altitude soon enough, and Aditty noticed how deep in slumber Debbi was. Lifting Debbi's hand up and letting go, she was shocked to see it fall back down right onto the armrest without Debbi stirring at all.

"Hey Diane," Aditty whispered while pulling at the hem of Debbi's skirt, "I reckon she's proper knackered."

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Diane whispered back as the two girls grinned at each other.
