Deal

Emma and I had only been driving for a few hours when we got a call in about a suspected base for a gang. Deciding to check it out, we followed up on the call and came to a run down three story apartment building. The place looked like it was about to collapse, and there were two rusty cars just sitting outside. Emma instructed me to keep an eye out for anything suspicious, and after awhile we noticed three men come out of the building. All of them were Hispanic.

We wouldn?t of suspected them, except they all openly pulled pistols out of their pants and loaded them, walking off in the opposite direction. We were lucky not to get caught. After that, Emma backed the car up even more, and we watched it for another hour. Nothing else interesting happened at first, but when we gave it some time, we noticed the Hispanic men coming back with five more men, three white, two black. It looked like a **** deal.

Emma made the call in, and they told us to wait for backup. That?s not how Emma works though. She got impatient after five and said she couldn?t wait any longer. The **** deal would probably be over soon. She grabbed her gun, loaded it, and prepared to leave the police car. Now, I knew that there were probably more than eight of them in there, and even though Emma was an amazing cop, I didn?t want her to go in there alone. But, someone had to wait for the police to come, and I started to wonder if I should risk myself going in there instead.
