Day on the beach.

You get dressed in the same dress as yesterday, you don't have anything else at the moment and head downstairs in your ill-fitting sneakers. Alex's dad sees you and looks you over "Didn't bring a change of clothes to your sleepover?" he winks at you and you blush shaking your head "It was a bit last minute." the excuse comes out of your mouth just as you realize it was the wrong excuse.

He looks you over thinking hard and nods to himself "Hey, you didn't tell your parents you were going to be away, did you?" Not knowing what else to do you shake your head "Do you have anywhere else to go?" you shake your head again. He nods beneficently "You know what, I don't want to know. Tell you what, go down to the boardwalk and find a place called Brodies, do you know it?" You nod responding quickly "The beachwear shop?" He nods "Ask for the manager and tell him Dick sent you and wants to hook you up." You noticed that Alex's dad, Dick you guess, is pretty much always wearing bright button up shirts and shorts with flipflops, guess he knows Brodie pretty well.

He serves you some breakfast, some leftover pork and eggs. You quickly eat it with a tall glass of milk and the same creamy booze from last night. He hands you a $50 "You take care of yourself ok?" He takes your head in his hands and kisses your hair gently then ruffles it and spins you patting your ass "And don't bother waiting for that lazy ass, He never wakes up before noon on a Saturday."

You nod blushing and head out, you reach for your keys then realize you aren't wearing pants and your car isn't here. It is a long walk to the boardwalk but the sun feels nice and despite the state of your body, the breakfast and booze making you feel really good. You get to brody's easy enough. Walking in you see a quiet well kept clothing shop and a bored looking boy around your age tending the desk. He is pretty cute, surfer guy, no shirt, abs that you could grate cheese on... you shake your head trying to remember that you are a guy as you walk up.
