Day 6

The next morning when MJ and Gwen woke up, they’d found Felicia gone. She did, however, leave a note:

“Dear Lovers,

Last night was pretty amazing, huh? Sometimes I forget how great the three of us are together. Sadly, I do have to leave again... official Cats’ guild business. I’d love to tell you what it is, but it’s so much more fun when there’s a little mystery involved, isn’t it?

Last night reminded me that I really need to run into you girls more often, so expect to see me a little more often once you get back to NYC. I’m looking forward to introducing you to both my new business associate and my new girlfriend – I’m sure you’ll have fun getting to know them. And I know they’ll have fun getting to know you.

Anyway, I’ll let you get back to your friends now. I’ve left some spa passes on the dresser for the five of you today. After all, I always take care of my girls. Tell them I look forward to making their acquaintance.

MJ rolled her eyes. “Typical Felicia... she pops up out of nowhere and then disappears just as quickly. And I fall for it every. Damn. Time.”

“I know what you mean,” agreed Barbara. “She’s a habit we can’t quite kick...”

“...And I’m not sure we ever will,” MJ finished Barbara’s thought. “Whatever. She did leave us these spa passes – I doubt we’ll get a massage quite as amazing as the one we got the other day, but it seems like it’d be a waste to not use these. We *are* in a five-star hotel right now, after all...”

“Sounds like a good idea to me,” Barbara agreed, “But I have to wonder how Felicia paid for all this...”

“I think we both know, and that this is one of those situations where it’s best not to ask questions...” MJ pointed out.

“Good point. I’ll call the others and let ‘em know.”

The group took full advantage of the facilities, ending the day in a private sauna. At this point, they were all pretty familiar with one another’s naked bodies, so there was no point in wrapping themselves in towels. The group sat back and relaxed, letting the heat do its job.

“So how was your night with Felicia?” Gwen asked the engaged couple.

“Same as always,” MJ told her. “A night of mindblowing sex, followed by Felicia pulling her patented disappearing act. And I’m sure we’ll do it again... Ever fall in love with someone you know you shouldn’t?”

“Oh, I’ve been there a few times...” Gwen answered. “...so I can’t blame you. But you had to have expected it, right?”

“Of course we did,” Barbara said. “That never stopped us before, though.”

“Yeah... still totally worth it,” MJ added.

“Still... I’m glad I have someone who’s there when I wake up,” Barbara smiled, putting her arm around MJ and pulling her in closely. She kissed her fiancee on the cheek and told her “If I didn’t have you that woman would drive me nuts.”

MJ turned her head and kissed Barbara back. “The feeling is mutual.”

Kitty smiled and pulled Gwen & Kori close to her. “That makes me glad both my girlfriends are so reliable,” she grinned. “Maybe you two need to find yourselves a more responsible girl.”

“Or girls,” Kori suggested, kissing Kitty’s shoulder.

Both MJ and Barbara looked at the Tamaranean with raised eyebrows. “What’re you suggesting, Kori?” Barbara asked.

“Merely that polyamory suits you,” Kori answered, still not quite able to vocalize what she had been feeling – that she was desperately in love with this engaged couple, and was pretty sure that her lovers felt the same way. But did MJ and Barbara?

“Speaking of which, how was your night?” MJ asked.

“Mind-blowing sex with two women I’m totally head over heels for. You know, the usual,” Gwen answered.

“That sounds right to me,” MJ chuckled. “You looking to add a couple of friends to the mix? You might not be in love with us...

You’d be wrong about that, Gwen, Kitty & Kori thought to themselves.

“...but you know we’re fantastic between the sheets.”

“One of these days, for sure,” Gwen said.

The women finished up and showered separately, with the engaged couple showering together and Kitty, Kori & Gwen showering in another stall. While the trio enjoyed kissing and groping at one another as they always did, they knew that they wanted MJ & Barbara with them. They wanted them to join them in bed... but they also knew now that friendship wasn’t enough. If they were going to have the engaged couple join them in bed, they were going to do it right. They wanted a full romantic relationship with MJ & Barbara... but they didn’t quite know how to tell them. What if MJ & Barbara didn’t want the same thing? What would it do to their friendship? It wasn’t something they were prepared to lose.

Meanwhile, as MJ & Barbara made out in their stall, both women couldn’t help but feel that something was missing. Them being together felt great – it always did -- but how much better would it be to feel Kori, Kitty & Barbara’s hands, and lips, all over them? To be able to do the same to them? They’d always been enough for each other... although their occasional dalliances with Felicia were always welcome. Was it wrong to want more?

Those questions lingered in their minds up until the next evening...
