"But dad, don't you think I'm punished enough?!" Begged Loraine to her father Adrien.

"Honestly, I don't care. You wanted that part-time job, so now your going to commit to it!" Ordered Adrien.

"But that was before my punishment! If I work like this, I-"

"Loraine, enough! You made your bed, now you'll either lay in it or I'll show you how much worse your life could be!"

Loraine wanted to yell back, but suppressed her urge to do so. Her father could be negligent, but he never made empty threats. She rested her hands on her hips and sighed as she hung her head down. "Fine, I'll go."

Loraine looked dreadfully at the entrance of her new job. "Let's just get this over with."
