Day 3: Route 25

You wake up again in your room. It's Wednesday, 6 days till your scheduled appointment with the Cerulean City Gym. It seems so far away that you feel tempted to repeat yesterday's day off activities. But you know that you need to train with your team if you expect to be a pokemon master and eventually the Champion of the Indigo League. You get dressed in a pair of shorts and a tanktop. Grab a breakfast burrito from the cafe and make your way back to Nugget Bridge and the route beyond.

When you reach the bridge, you're prepared to take the side route to dodge the Team Rocket goons. But you're waved over by the first grunt, "Hey, Black Jack has been looking for you." You don't really want to see more of him but the grunt moves to block your way around the bridge. So you cross the bridge without needing to fight the grunts.

"Hey, there you are. Admiral Harvey spoke highly of you. You sure you don't want to be a whore?" He smiles looking over your body.

"I plan on keeping to my trainer path," you tell him not even humoring the idea of leaving your journey for a life as a whore.

"Well, that's a shame. Anyways, here's a copy of your footage. Some good stuff in there." He hands you small SD card labeled 'Amber of Pallet Town - Glory Hole.' "And hey, don't worry about the bridge. My men will let you pass without any trouble. And you make sure to come back to me if you change your mind about being a whore, or joining Team Rocket." He smacks your ass as he passes by you on his way to his seat at the end of the bridge. You drop the SD card into your bag and continue on towards Route 25.

You find several trainers also training on the route. You meet a couple other female trainers while you're up there, but none of them want to train with you. They all say something along the lines of a group of girls being a bigger target and attracting more male attention than normal. You try to argue with a couple, saying stuff like safety in numbers or watching each other's backs, but it looks like most female trainers are unwilling to partner up with other females. Which once you start thinking about it the one time you trained alone with Jack did end with the Pewter Miner Dean fucking the both of you.

Wait is that an Abra? You chase it down ready to fight. But before you can even get an attack in, it blips out of existence. Damn. You return to training beating up a series of Pidgey and Caterpie. You see the Abra a couple more times during the day and even try catching it by immediately throwing a pokeball. But it gets away every time. A couple trainers challenge you but you manage to beat all of them.

An Oddish appears. A grass type would be perfect for the Cerulean City Gym. You decide then and there to catch it. You throw out Runt, letting your Poochyena run circles around the Oddish. Runt's speed allows her to dodge the series of spores and powders coming from the grassy bulb. Runt bites the Oddish a couple times, only being hit by a volley of acid here or there. When the Oddish looks hurt enough you throw a pokeball at it. The Oddish disappears in a familiar flash of red, the thrown pokeball shakes a couple of times before clicking. Your phone zaps the pokeball and it's gone. Oh yea, you already have a full team so the Oddish was immediately deposited into your PC storage.

You go to return Runt to her ball, when she starts glowing white. You watch as the silhouette of your Poochyena stretches into a Mightyena. Runt's new form emerges from the light. She immediately darts towards you, jumping up and nearly knocking you over with her new weight. She's so excited to be bigger. You give her a treat from your bag before recalling your newly evolved partner.

After that you face more of the same, you see a couple other Oddish, and even some Bellsprout and a couple Venonat. Not to mention the evasive Abra. You don't try to catch everything. You're a trainer not a collector. And you'd rather not spend the money on pokeballs for pokemon you don't plan on using. When it starts getting dark you decide to head back to town.

When you reach Nugget Bridge you see multiple trainers battling on the bridge. Black Jack has a group of presumably defeated trainers sitting in a group by his chair. In the busy times he must wait for groups of losers rather than the one on one attention he gave you. The group is all guys and you wonder what labor they'll face, since you doubt all of them will be working the glory hole. You make your way back across the bridge walking around the battles. When you get to the end you see the first grunt, pounding into another trainer's pussy. You imagine that girl is probably going to the glory hole like you did the other day.

You can't help her now. She's already lost. You mean to just walk by but as you get close the grunt tosses the trainer to her knees. You watch as he paints her face with his cum. While she tries to wipe cum away from her eyes, the grunt grabs her clothes and bag. He lifts her to her feet and starts walking her across the bridge to Black Jack. You take this as your cue to leave.

When you reach the pokecenter, you heal up your team while you order your dinner that should be delivered to your room later. You take a quick shower, timing it perfectly as you finish getting dressed as your food arrives. You take your meal to the PC desk and look over your stuff. You now have 7 pokemon so your team is up in the air. But who should you train, and who will stay in the box? You decide to leave Combee in the PC to make room for Oddish on your team's active roster.

Figured I would let you decide. Which pokemon should leave the team for now? Probably a short term poll since I'll probably write the next chapter tomorrow night. Is Strawpoll the best thing to use here? I would be open to doing more polls in the future so if there is something better than strawpoll tell me and I'll give it a look for next time. Edit: I've started writing the next chapter, so I came back here to edit. Combee won, or maybe lost is the better term. I've added just one sentence at the end of the chapter to give the results, but I'll leave the original note below cause why not. And thank you to everyone who voted, I love the interaction. And it gives a bit of choice to the readers in a story where I can't reasonably make large branching paths. (Without a lot of work on my part)
