Yes this world is full of possibilities for help. A world where ghosts are very real with all sort's of abilities that would really prove helpful to your situation.

1. Dani with I Phantom - She's the worlds third Halfa, half ghost half human. Who was brought into existence by Vlad Master's cloning Danny Phantom, she was the only clone to survive in the end though.

She like any halfa offer's the best of both worlds in being both a human and ghost. Also helping stabilize her would really help get her on your good side. She might also like the chance to escape from the shadow Danny cast's and prove herself her own person.

Though it's unclear how she might react to the whole conquering worlds thing.

1. Kitty - From what you remember she certainly isn't one of the more powerful ghosts in Danny Phantom, but she could be one of the easiest to convince to your side. Since you could offer her a chance to be so much more than the girlfriend of Johnny 13, who has proven to have a wandering eye and might be unfaithful to her.

Plus while she's isn't the most powerful she still has all the basic ghost powers, which would indeed prove to be quite a boon less experienced with the specters from Danny Phantom. Not to mention she does possess one deadly ability unique to her in her Banishing Kiss.

Where she can blow a kiss that can make any man, human or ghost, disappear. If she does not bring them back within 12 hours, they vanish forever. That could indeed be a deadly ability to use against any male enemies and deal with them for good, but if you don't gain her loyalty she might use it on you.

Valerie Gray - Perhaps the best recruit from this world isn't a ghost but a human. Valerie despite her rough start has been shown to perhaps be one of if not the most skilled and cunning Ghost Hunter in Danny Phantom multiple times.

She became one of Danny's most dangerous and at the same time complicated enemies. as well as one of his most determined. She is determined to protect people from the ghost menace at any cost. so perhaps she'll apply that determination to preparing for Fuse.

Where she most certainly wouldn't like the prospect of conquering innocent worlds, but you could convince her that the end's justify's the means.

Though it occurs to you another option for recruiting Valerie is recruiting the future version of her from the Ultimate Enemy timeline. Since this older Valerie from such a dark timeline might be more willing to do anything when it comes to protecting the multiverse. She might even have a greater grudge and hatred towards Danny Phantom, even if he doesn't become Dan.
