Dan & the SAV-2-T Variant

Dr Daniel “Dan” Abraham Mitchell, Junior was a fifty-four-year-old retired community college geology teacher. He had always thought it was funny that, on the first anniversary of the finalization of his divorce from his cheating wife, Collette Smith, his father’s childless, estranged brother had willed his entire $12 billion fortune to Daniel, to spite Daniel’s father. The only term for him to inherit the fortune required Daniel to promise not to give his father, Daniel Mitchell, Senior, any money for exactly one year.

Dan’s father, commonly known as “Tank” Michell due to his skills as an offensive lineman in high school and at Texas Southern University, had fought in the Vietnam War as a Marine Lieutenant. He had returned home with a wife of Native Australian ancestry whom he had met while on leave in Sydney, Australia, even though he had a fiancée back home in Texas. Tank’s much older half-brother, Amos, had been the business partner of Tank’s fiancée’s father, so he took the surprise marriage as a personal betrayal and rarely spoke to his brother in the following decades.

Amos had, however, quietly reached out to Dan on many occasions throughout his life. In letters, Amos had explained that he felt that it would be dishonorable to take his anger with Tank out on an innocent child. Dan had never hidden his contact from his parents, and his pragmatic, kind-hearted dad had encouraged Dan to get to know Amos.

Amos had even paid for the part of Dan’s college education at Caltech that scholarships did not cover.

Since his parents had retired comfortably, the promise to not share the money was easy to keep.

Collette tried taking Daniel to court for a cut of the fortune, but since she had been open about her years of infidelity during the divorce proceedings, she had been laughed out of court.

In a brutal twist of fate, less than a month after the year was over, Daniel’s parents, who were in their late 70s, died in a car accident. Daniel was rich, but alone except for his four friends currently in the D&D group he had joined after coming to teach at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth twenty-eight years ago.

Daniel had taken an early retirement from teaching after becoming rich overnight, but he still had lunch with his friends at work and hosted their biweekly games at his larger, but not ostentatious home.

Daniel had been divorced from Collette for almost 7 years when the SAV-2 virus struck.

Unlike Dan, Collette’s new husband was white like her. Dan found it highly amusing when he heard that her second husband, the man with whom she had cheated on Dan for years, and who had used many racist slurs on Dan, turned out to be one of the 3/4 of the male population that was turned gay by the virus. A mutual friend who was also one of the men turned gay by SAV-2 said that, like every other man affected by the virus, her new husband got queasy at the thought of sex with a woman. Collette was now divorced for the second time. Dan, though he knew he was never considered handsome, had no problem getting dates due to another effect of the basic SAV-2 virus: it made everyone who contracted it look like a healthy version of themselves in their twenties.

Dan grew up just outside of Houston. Now, living in the suburbs of Fort Worth, he knew that it was only a matter of time before this new variant hit home.

Anyone looking at his house would think that he was upper-middle class, but not wealthy. The bright blue electric Ford F-150 Lightning that he drove daily and his green 1969 Mustang he had secretly converted to a hybrid last year made him look like an ordinary middle-aged black man who had retired young.

Dan had been doing his best to stay current on the news about the new SAV-2 virus variant that was turning women into voracious nymphomaniacs who desired nothing more than becoming sex slaves to the first man to claim them by having vaginal sex. The news said that this new variant, the SAV-2-T (T for “Transfigure”), was transforming the bodies of these men into forms that looked completely female, but could still impregnate women even though the men had vaginas. The testicles of these changed men were now internal, and they could impregnate their sex slaves by rubbing their vaginas against those of women. After a man’s body was transformed, he could “claim” a woman by exposing her to his cum.

This vagina-to-vagina rubbing is often called scisoring or tribbing.

If he had been reading Fox or any of the many other “news” sites that liked to scare the public, he would have assumed that it was a hoax, but he still hopped onto the Associated Press’ website. The AP published more articles about the new SAV-2-T variant.

According to reputable news sources (not Fox or others like Newsmax), the only way to tell a transformed man from a woman is by looking at their eyes. The irises of all transformed men are bright purple.

Reports from around the world said that if a woman contracted the new variant and she did not bond with a man within two or three weeks, she would become something akin to an animal controlled by lust. Women in such a state could not speak. They acted like animals with the intelligence of the average dog. The process appeared to be torture because women understood what was happening as they lost their minds. Several women had killed themselves to avoid becoming what many were now calling “fuck dolls.”

The major cell phone providers quickly set up an alert similar to the Amber Alert to notify their customers when a case of SAV-2-T was recorded in their community.

Dan and his D&D group were trying to maintain a sense of normalcy. They still met at his house the first and third Saturdays of every month unless a major holiday got in the way, so he was not surprised when he got a text from the only woman in the group, Angela, asking if she could come over early to discuss something.

Of course, Daniel texted her back that she was welcome at any time.
