Damien's Draw (Match Your Mate)

“What’s happening?” Spencer asked with worry while looking at Logan.

“The card is changing him, to what the card had written on it.” Damien said while looking at Logan with worry.

“What do you mean changing him?” Kyle asked with genuine fear and worry in his voice

“The game or whatever this thing works on is currently giving him eyes like his token.” Damien said with slight annoyance as he reached for his card violently.

Damien’s token raced forward four spaces and nervously looked around but went unnoticed by the players.

“Match Your Mate - Gain a characteristic that is the same as your soulmate, if your soulmate is playing the game you instead receive the same effect of a card that they are under the influence of including permanence.” Damien read as a wheel, with all the cards Logan was under the influence of, appeared the permanent cards colored a crimson red.

“At least most of the options aren’t too bad.” Logan joked through gritted teeth, still covering his eyes, knowing how Damien liked the effects of most of the cards he drew.

“Let’s just get this over with.” Damien said, turning a bright red in response to Logan’s words, as he spun the wheel.
