In-Game Biography
"When teenage runaways Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson were exposed to an experimental drug against their will, they unexpectedly gained extraordinary powers. Tandy generates piercing blades of pure, healing light, while Ty can teleport himself and others through the Darkforce Dimension. Together, they illuminate New York's deepest shadows as Cloak and Dagger.

The Timestream Entanglement struck while Cloak and Dagger were traversing the Darkforce Dimension. The pair emerged to find New York under the control of Dracula. They soon joined the heroic resistance fighting against the Empire of Eternal Night."

Part of a superhero duo known as Cloak and Dagger, Tandy Bowen and Ty Johnson were given the abilities to control light and dark force energy respectively. With her light force energy, Dagger is able to produce healing energy and also create light constructs to defend herself. As a result of the Timestream Entanglement, Tandy and Ty have found themselves closer than ever, that being that they occupy the same space at the same time but only one be present at any given moment. Unusual circumstances aside, Tandy and her boyfriend find themselves defending the City of New York and its citizens from hoards of vampires.
