Daereon Watched From His Father's Side As His Younger Half-Brother Aemon Departed For Storms End. Daereon Had No Delusions For Being King, and Frankly He Didn't Want It, He Longed For Adventure, Travel, and Going Places None Other Has Been To Or Dared To. In Spite Of His Bastardy, Daereon Was Never Treated As An Outsider To The Family. His Father Often Encouraged Him To Seek Out The Unknown and Solve The Riddles Of The Past, Something Daereon Was Thankful For, His Father Had Sent Him To The Citadel As A Way To Study Ancient Cultures and Numerous Languages So That When He Did Venture Out Into The World, He'd Be Able To Easily Communicate With Various Peoples Of The World.

Daereon Knew His Father Would Be Flying Off To War Soon, With The Dragons Rhaegal, Bloodwing, Skywing, and Ashwing, His Father Had Let None Ride The Riderless Dragon Of The Late Queen Daenerys, Arraxes. His Father Refused Any Entreaties From Anybody To Mount The Dragon, But Daereon Wondered Whether He Could Tame Arraxes, Whether The Dragon Of The Late Queen Daenerys Could Become His, He'd Have To Find Out, One Way Or Another. However, His Father Would Surely Become Furious Should He Do So, and Daereon Had To Be Certain If The Rewards Outweighed The Risks and Penalties For Breaking His Father's Ban On Trying To Mount and Tame Arraxes.............
